Care Plans
We offer home and office care plans which places a qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer at the customer's site to repair and service the customers equipment. Care Plans are designed to simplify the need for onsite professional IT services.



How it works

Care Plans can be purchase by buying blocks of time which you can use at your convenience to get computer repairs, upgrades, training, preventive maintenance, consulting, disaster recovery and virus removal. Care Plans can be customized to meet individual needs.

Add the Remote IT Management package to your care plan for quick response and access to the help desk. This service can be combined with the Care Plans to ensure added security and protection to your network. With our highly secure remote management software we can remotely fix problems, transfer files, push new software, and run inventory hardware/software reports on your systems at your request. Coverage Options

Standard (8 Hour) Response


We provide a response time within 8 hours of your call or a scheduled visit to perform the repair.


Enhanced (4 Hour) Response

We provide a response time in under 4 hours to your site to perform the repair of the call being opened.

Response Centers standard coverage hours are from 8:00am and 5pm eastern standard time, Monday thru Friday. Exceptions to customers needs may apply.


Remote IT Management


Remote IT Management consist of a special software program that allows us to remotely shadow in on your PC as if we were onsite and fix whatever computer issue you might be having. This saves downtime and also eliminates the wait time for a tech to come onsite. This service can be added to the 4 hour response and the 8 hour response packages.





Dedicated Site Technician
BSi Networks will place a qualified Network Tech at your site to repair and assist in the customers needs for everyday computer services.

This service is custom tailored to the customers computer IT needs. Prices vary on the size of network and hours needed on a weekly basis.
We offer 4, 8, 16, & 32 hours per month contracts.
